Every mom deserves peace of mind
When nights feel never ending, I am here to help you get rest.
Gentle guidance to help your baby sleep through the night.
Welcome !
I'm Krisztina
I’m a Certified Newborn Care Specialist and Pediatric Sleep Consultant with more than 20 years of hands on experience providing overnight newborn care in Los Angeles and virtual sleep coaching for families.
I help parents understand their baby’s needs, create healthy daily routines, and build strong sleep and feeding foundations.
If you’re preparing for your baby’s arrival, I’ll care for your baby overnight while you rest and recover. I’ll also help you understand your baby’s needs and teach you the essentials of newborn care, feeding, routines, and sleep.
If you’re working through sleep challenges with an older baby, I’ll create a personalized sleep plan designed around your child’s age, development, temperament, and your family’s goals.
I look forward to helping your family feel more confident, supported, and rested.

"Our boys sleeping through the night."
Krisztina helped us at night with our newborn twins, saved our lives and kept us on track. We made a pact to try her program for four months. Krisztina takes her profession seriously and shows true, honest passion. If she has the time to help you out, be blessed and grateful because you are getting an expert who knows her stuff. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
The Boys are coming up on a year now and we seriously couldn’t have made it through the year without Krisztina. Thank God they are still with us and always on-call.

YOUR FAMILY DESERVES RESTFUL NIGHTS
Imagine waking up feeling rested, knowing your child is sleeping well and you understand exactly what they need.
Instead of feeling overwhelmed by naps, feedings, and bedtime, you’ll have a clear plan and the confidence to make decisions that work for your family.
Healthy sleep habits can make the newborn months and the years that follow feel more enjoyable, giving your family more time to focus on what matters most.
When you’re ready, I’d love to help you get there.
