This is great for any family whose baby (4 months +) learning to sleep on their own. Guide your child to becoming a fantastic sleeper.
Includes:
- Personalized sleep plan focused on your child’s needs
- 60-minute call to review the plan
- Shared sleep log
- 14 days of text and email support, Monday–Sunday from 9 AM to 9 PM PT
- (3) 15 minute check in calls
- One 30-minute follow up phone call to be used within 1 month of package ending
One Week Add-On Support
$150
This is a great option if you’re looking for a little extra support at the end of your plan. Another week of unlimited text and email support.
Includes:
- Shared sleep log
- 7 days text and email support, Monday–Sunday from 9 AM to 9 PM PT
Sleep Support Call
$120
This call is best for families who already have healthy, independent sleep habits and just need help troubleshooting. If your child does not know how to fall asleep and/or back to sleep independently, the two week sleep consultation package is recommended for the best results.
Includes:
- 45-minute call for immediate, actionable solutions
- Custom schedule tailored to your baby’s current age and needs
- One (1) follow-up text message to be used within 7 days of your initial consultation call
