Hi, I’m Krisztina, a Certified Newborn Care Specialist and Pediatric Sleep Consultant with more than 20 years of experience supporting families.
My expertise covers babies from the newborn stage through toddlerhood, up to three years old. But my deepest focus and my calling — is in those fragile first months, when introducing healthy sleep and feeding habits make all the difference for the months and years to come.
I offer overnight newborn care in Los Angeles and nearby cities. Along with guiding families through all aspects of newborn care, my specialty is teaching babies to sleep through the night for 12 hours. This usually requires a longer commitment of up to four months. For families looking for short-term support, I provide newborn and postpartum care to ensure you feel supported and well-rested.
I also work with families virtually, both new and returning. Through step-by-step guidance, I help parents establish healthy sleep habits from the start or continue building on the progress they have already made.
